Centrum Zielna is a unique project located in Warsaw’s City Centre and consisting of a historic building – Mała Pasta (building A) -  and two newly constructed buildings (B and C).

It offers 6,593 sq m of modern office, retail and conference space.

The three detached buildings can be connected  with one another up to the level of the 6th storey, which enables communication within the whole facility on each of the floors.  It is thus possible to rent out both floors within each of the buildings supplied with separate entrances, and larger space on the same floor, formed from connection of floors in all the three buildings.

In its highest part the facility consists of thirteen storeys above the ground and three underground storeys for car parking.

There will be a restaurant on the ground floor of building A, and a bank in building C.

In addition, floors 5 and 6 of building C include an open-to-all conference centre. Main entrance to Centrum Zielna and access to the underground parking are from Bagno Street. Under building B, from Zielna Street side, there is a passage for cars and a pedestrian crossing.
